I know the best options in the US are Dongles and phone tethering. That is of course, after being able to copmletely reset your Ip address, which was difficult for me since i have Time Warner.

But

I am purchasing some Private Proxies for something that has nothing to do with stealth accounts.

Would i be able to use these??

The person I am purchasing from CLAIMS that they have never been used, because like the bay, if this other site i am using them for sees it has any connections with past users, it will also flag these accounts. So depending on the quality i receive.. would it be safe for me to actually use these

Search the forums. Proxies are not good for stealth.

Not the responsbility of the forum to advice on proxy usage for anything but ebay/paypal/amazon.

A proxy is detected.

Such detection can be a serious issue.

Some peddlers of these proxies RECYLE numbers after a couple of years.

Risky.
