Fastest booting phone
 

Hey everybody

I plan on using tethering to change IP addresses for PP and e.bay.

I have a HTC Wildfire for this purpose. unfortunately it takes several minutes to boot up (change IP).

I have read that the HTC Desire HD boots in 2 seconds but that only works because it doesn't fully power down (takes 40 sec to boot if you take out the battery). Does somebody use this phone and can tell me about this.

What phones are you using? I need one that boots fast and that's not took expensive (not the newest one).

Just put the phone into airplane mode and then out of airplane mode. This will give you a new IP. Takes 10/20 seconds at most on most phones
