Change Router Wan MacAddress
 

I have a Netgear WNR3500 router connected to my modem and want to change my Wan Mac address. I can log in but it takes me to a blank page. What now?

Sounds like somethings messed up, try resetting it with the pin factory reset, if that doesn't work return and exchange it as faulty

smokescreen is correct. The problem lies within the router. The web pages you are trying to view are stored within the router itself.

Before doing a factory reset, I would....

1. first try doing a hard reset (unplug power and power back up after a minute)

2. If not fixed, try the pin factory reset suggested earlier.

3. If still not fixed, try loading the latest firmware for your router.

I Googled the latest firmware for WNR3500 and found this helpful link...

WNR3500 Firmware Version 1.0.36 (NA Users Only))

If that doesn't work...then you need to replace the router.
