Does anyone use dial up for ebay account creation to vary IP addresses/location? Anyone used vonage for ebay? Any other good options besides getting a home phone?

I use dial-up all the time - to access my Canada/US/UK accounts - slow...very slow but does the trick. You will need a home line.

Better options? Dongle and cellphone tethering are among a few.

Is there a specific brand you use to tether to your cell? What company do you use for dial up? Netzero?

Dial up is fine but slow.

Users have reported success with voyage.

Some use google voice

I use Netzero for dial-up among others, sure.

Phone tethering depends on reception and costs.

If you have a smartphone,iPhone they are fine for stealth.
