How to renew IP on smartphone?

Hi! I have few questions about IP address:

1. I want to open few stealth accounts by tethering by smartphone. Everytime i turn off and turn on data network there's new IP its ok, but how can i renew old IP?
2. Is it ok to log on ebay/paypal accounts always with new IP.

Thanks.
P.s. Sorry for broken English.

1. It is not possible as far as I'm aware.
2. Yes

When you get a new IP it will usually be taken from the same IP address range, so it is likely that you will keep re-using old IP addresses. If you are going to continue with this method I'd suggest keeping a record of each IP you use.

1. Sadly only way I know is to keep track of IPs EVERY time you turn on and off and hopefully you will hit the IP you want....you don't really need to do this...just make sure you do NOT use an IP across 2+ accounts.

2. Yes it is - just keep cookies in separate user account.

Your English is good OP :thumb:

Just Google it...search "<your provider> dynamic ip range".

You want to then look at the number after /.

So if it is /16, this means they can have over 65K addresses shared between with their customers. That sounds like alot, but when you think how many customers they have in their pool, some IPs will get repeated.

Now, if they have several IP ranges with /16 or several IP ranges with a low number after the /, then this means they are one of the larger ISPs and you will rarely get a repeated IP address.
