Question about access PayPal via VPN ??

Hello,

My ISP blocks VPN ports and so that the only way to get country ip is by using SSH Tunneling

so i bought small server with its own ip, my question is there a problem if i access paypal though SSH tunneling instead of VPN ??

will paypal knew i'm using ssh proxy and so that VPN is safer ??

could you please share your experience, i'm very paranoid of paypal limitation

but i mean is there big difference between VPN and SSH tunnel, i saw SSH is much faster but i don't know about security stuff

so do you mean paypal can detect SSH proxy but can't detect VPN ?
