Ip question

I created paypal and ebay stealth in the library lol. And then on my computer I changed my ip address through my router because of ebay suspension on same computer. So now that I changed it I can place ads with no problems or do I have to change my ip address frequently.

If your using only 1 stealth then you should be fine, recommend you don't use public Internet for creating or logging into stealth accounts.
