Changing IP
 

I know changing ip address all the time will keep you same with multiple ebay stealth accounts but changing the ip address constantly won't make ebay suspicious too.

I want to have at least 3 accounts running thats why I ask.

Changing IPs constantly won't raise eBay's eyebrows necessarily. It just means you have a dynamic IP (like 90% of users).

Having a different IP could just mean you are using a laptop and accessing ebay using different networks. Maybe you're at your friend's house, or at your parents, etc.

The IP alone changing constantly will not link you alone. Key word here is alone. There are other factors at play that will slowly link you (physical address, name, cookies, phone number, web beacons, etc.).

Just keep a good track of your IPs when changing and you'll be fine (provided you are following all other stealth techniques).
