Does ebay tracking your ip through router or dsl modem. I hear people changing routers for each stealth. Will replacing a router completely change your identity of ip. Thanks

They just track it though the IP itself.

No longer any need to change routers. Just resetting it usually does the trick

JamesNorth101, I am not sure about UK but this is NOT always the case in US and can involve changing your modem/router, etc. I suggest to anyone with IP issues to ALWAYS check your IP and make sure it has indeed changed and ALWAYS keep a record of it, as suggested over and over here.

Ipburger is one of best sites to use to verify your IP imho...

That is why I said 'usually does the trick'

If it does not then there are other methods that tend to be easier than changing routers, MAC address changing, phone tethering, dongles and dial up being the best domestic sellers options.
