IP Changing & VPS Question
 

Hello guys, quite new here but I've been reading for days on end and just recently started my first stealth account using a VPS. I'm really keen to start more stealth accounts...slowly and steadily of course!

My questions are these:

I have an 'technicolor' router & 'ONO' internet provider. Although I'm still figuring out how to change my MAC I think it has the same result as turning my router on & off.. So my question is with multiple stealth accounts & ips does everyone who uses one of these methods just keep logging into already made stealth accounts with different IP's?

For Example - I make 'stealth01' with ip 11.111.11.11. After making a few more stealth accounts by turning the router on and off I want to go back to 'stealth01'. I turn the router on and off and now have ip 11.123.11.11
Is it acceptable ie 'no:ban?:' that I just kept dashing around spain with a different IP log in to stealth01?

With regards to the VPS, is there any way I can use multiple IP addresses to login to the same server and create accounts or do I have to buy a brand new VPS provider for every stealth? :confused:
