How to change Mac address on ATT U-verse?
 
Can someone here tell me how to change the Mac/IP address if you have U-verse?

I just got uverse about a month ago I have my Linksys router connected to it so I'm able to change the mac you will have to call the connect tech. department I have the number 1-866-294-3464 and they can help you connect your own router so you can do what you need to do I hope this helps.

Thank you for your assistance. Let me understand this though: Should I be asking Uverse for a different modem?
