Logging in to old Paypal Account

I need to login to my old paypal account which is linked to a banned Ebay account. I don't know how to switch back to my old IP address. Can I just switch to a new IP to do this?

On a side note, does a specific MAC address always create the same IP ?

Yes you can.. make sure you change your user account an keep records of the ip address your using for your good ccount so you can switch back when done

You can use a new IP but keep track of it to avoid re-using it.

Far too risky to use a NEW IP in case paypal react.
