Just purchased EE 4GB PAYG Mifi sim
 

Sorry the title was meant to say 4G instead of 4GB. Just bought a 4G PAYG EE Mobile Broadband Sim with 2GB data allowance. Very disappointing. Connectivity is alright (2 bars a lot of the time", however the ip addresses hardly change. Anyone had similar issues with EE. Think i might try their 3G PAYG sim. If any UK users here can give me a heads up how its like in terms of dynamic IP's before i dish out the cash, that would be great.

Yes. I tried the normal 3G EE on payg and only got a handful of different ip's.

Also, my tmobile dongle is giving me same ip's from about 6 months ago. I tried new dongle, new sim, new pc and every different combination, but I still get same ip's. I have been using tmobile from same location (with new sims and dongles) from 1 year so maybe I have used up most of the ip range round here.
Therefore I rekon the ip range they issue might be dependant on what mobile phone mast you are near. Easy test is to take lappy up the road to near a different mast and check, but I am on a desktop.

Anyway, main point of my message is to say the 3G EE will give you same problems from my experience.

Tmobile is really good but after a year of hard use, you may get same ip's.

I use o2 for my stealthing these days, works ok I suppose, but I do use them hard.

if metro pcs is in your area. get A LG Motion. It's super fast 4g speeds. I use 2 of them for 2 of my accounts. then I also have my iphone 4 flashed to use page plus with 2gb data. and I also use that. and whats cool is the Ip's change =]
