Web Browser Stealth IP Address
 

I was curious if anyone knew of any free (or not) add-ons and/or services that alter the IP address of a certain webrowser (Firefox preferably)? I rather not alter my home IP address as I already have a eBay account on it. Also, I want to use the same IP address to avoid being linked to other suspended accounts. Any help would be welcomed!

Hi, aesir911. You seem to not fully understand what IP is and how it works, you should research this topic, wikipedia is a great source to begin with basics and for futher read on the topic of changing IPs, i recommend the stealth guide.

To answer your question, no it is not possible to do this change so easily as you would like.

Do you know if you have dynamic or static ip?

any free services will be used up and wouldnt be safe

Dynamic IP is important - dont try to HIDE your IP with any add-ons.

Read on stealth - if you want other IP, research VPS services, cellphone tethering, dongles and such

Why are you complicating your future stealth?


Quickest method will be to get a dongle or tether your cell phone.

Being based in the USA you can then avoid the expense of other services.

Hi All!
I'm new here & have purchased both EBay & Amazon guides. I'm still working my way through the process but I'm stuck on getting a new IP address. I'm only working off a MAC & IPad & it seems like the guides are more setup for standard PC's. Please help!
