NetZero Dial up Help

Hey guys,

So i'm pretty new to this whole stealth thing, i have an account that address is located in MD.

Everytime i connect to a number located within that state, i will check my IP but i would have an IP address located in Oregon or Pennsylvania.

Really confused as to why that's happened, just wondering if it is really necessary to have the IP located in the same state (I'm guessing it is), any advice or help would be great!

It's ok, not all IPs will be in the state you dialed into. I have the same thing happen to me with my Phone, I'm in 1 city but the IP Is in 8 states away.

I think it's always good to have it near ur location but most important to have same country
