Is there any VPS service or otherwise that....
 

Is there any VPS service or otherwise where you get a unique IP every time ( i know ebay doesn't like that) or where you can choose different VPS locations on the same account.

I want to do some experimentation with ebay accounts myself.

Why would you want to mess with vps and not just use the router to change ip?

Time Warner Cable enough said.......Trying to get an ip change with them is like trying to beg for ebay selling restrictions to be removed

Do you mean ebay does not like VPS or does not like unique IPs?

Good for experimenting but think outside the box too.

Are you in a position to use a dongle or tether?

What's your overall plan for stealth accounts?

for testing purposes , it would be best to have the ability to have different ips if needed. I want to be able to test without any risk. I want to see with my own testing what eBay sees as risk items , and risky behavior. There are some things they don't tell us..........

i meant , that eBay doesn't like new same user , different ips every time. I believe i read that somewhere.

That issue can be solved by having the same user account & cookies.

No reputable company will let you switch through their servers more than a few times a month. I know I wouldn't.

If i am doing my testing patiently , and being careful to "burn" an ip only if needed, i wouldn't be going through ip's that fast. Besides there are hundreds of VPS , VPN resellers out there , but i may end up simply getting FIOS , and a linksys router
