Random Address With VPN Service

i just read the ebay stealth e-book by aspkin, and they suggest to use witopia.net as a VPN Service that every time you login to thier service, you get a different IP address every time. I emailed them about this to confirm, and this is the reply i got back:

"It's a true VPN and it is software that is installed on your computer. We assign you a private IP address from one of our servers when you log in, then to the outside world you are seen as one of a handful of IP addresses assigned to our servers, so, no, the IP address isn't always different."


can someone on these forums confirm that using witopia.net -you will get a different IP Address every single time. OR can someone suggest another VPN Service that you can get a random IP address every single time you use it?

also, does anyone know of a VPN where IP is always different and when you login, you can select which state your server is in ,, via your login ? here is an example: StrongVPN.com - Strong security for your internet connection and anonymity for your online presence

i used them before . they gave one or two IP addresses. they were OK but i used their services with my old 2 pre 11 accounts. but GC no good they knew the VPN. as soon as i created a new GC account, they closed down even before receiving any order.

does anyone know of a service to gain a different IP address everytime ?

Most likely a majority of VPN services will get you 'busted', but NOT ALL. There have been dozens of users who have used VPN connections with success, and dozens others who have failed with it. I'm tired of this subject coming up every few weeks, thread closed.
