Static IP's for each account.
 

I currently run my stealth accounts with VPS, but am at the point now it's probably more economical to switch to a dongle or related device.

I'm really not a big fan of juggling IP's, recording them each time, etc.
I'd honestly even prefer to pay the $15 bucks per month for a VPS on each account just to be able to have separate, static IP's for each account.

Could I somehow emulate this with some sort of program, maybe vmware or something similar?

Or is there a way to automatically have specific static IP's as you login each user account, either through a router/modem, phone tether or hotspot?

Im not sure if im understanding your question correctly? First for ebay why not separate your accounts with different users accounts on your computer and how are you currently obtaining your ips???

But to answer a few of the basic questions there are free programs to eliminate the need to juggle and log your ips. There are also ways you can have a specific external ip for each account and yes you can keep a specific ip for each account but its need to be done correctly and its explained elsewhere on here.

It might be easier to search these questions cause there all answered on here and then you can get a better grasp at your options
