I am using ssh but still gettin LIMITED:alternatives needed

I am using ssh tunnel as a static IP to login in to my papal, but i keep getting limited, everytime i call and talk to them it seems like they know its a masked IP, is there any recommendation to use what service for a Static IP to connect to paypal? VPS or VPN ?

If you are in the US, you dont need any of this...cellphone tethering and dongles work as examples.

Otherwise...VPS is better in general than VPN to work with

Yes, when connecting through some SSH clients (like Bitvise) your IP address sometimes leaks.

Use a vps it works if setup correctly
