IP address help

I have a number of stealth accounts and thankfully, all work well.
Normally, I use my hotspot on my Iphone when I login the separate accounts.
Historically, everytime I would turn my hotspot on/off I would get a new IP address. That changes last night and I kept getting the same IP address.

I dont really understand IP address stuff so any help/advice is appreciated
