A friend of mine uses an old model but get different ips all the time but the first 5 or 6 numbers are the same. I use the mifi 2200 or usb760 and get different ips as well but it is on 3g speeds.

Is funny how you ask this question because I started using my new ebay account with "myfivi" with verizon. It provides a new ip address all the time. Is this safe?

I've used BOTH Verizon JetPack and Verizon Mifi......As of right now I'm using the Verizon Mifi2200 Flashed to 3G and the IP pool is huge.

Yes. I mean mifi. So you will say it is safe to use as this provide a different ip for the last few numbers. What are your thoughts?

I use a 4G Mifi and it works great. Never had a repeat IP. Kinda expensive but it is super fast. You get what you pay for.

It is expensive but worh it. Is it safe whe some numbers in the ip are the same? What about the subname? Is the subname public?

Re: Verizon 4G LTE USB Modem UML295

I would like to know from anyone that is using the verizon 4G Lite "mifi". I am a bit concern and would like to know if it is safe because the ip changes but some numbers remain the same. In addition, is the host name public? For the ip address the 5 first numbers are always the same; however the last 3 numbers are new. The host name doesn't change much either. Is the host name public? Could some one help.

Did you not read the post by MM78 in this very thread?

He is using 'mifi'.

So long as your last digits change, your IP is new.

But if you are considering running more than one stealth account, you would also consider using different ISPs

You sound very rude. I read it. I am still a bit concern and wanted to hear from other people as well.

All you need to worry about is IP.

MM78 goes out of his way to give info on modem usage. That was my reference.
