Ok im convinced to get rid of VPN (not fully as I will test this with future accounts but for now) and gonna go dongle route.. but the thing is what is a dongle? I had impression it was just use cable to my phone and pc. So direct connect as oppose to wireless tethering on phone... but after searching a bit I guess it's separate entity.. so guess expenses keep adding but I'm sure payoff will be better.. so investing ..

I'll do search on Google for dongle image etc..

But mean while.
1. Safest way and quickest way to change ip if family uses wifi and occasionally ebay?

2. What brand should I get and where? Cost?

my wireless tethering via foxfi is sometimes buggy so can't use it.. very frustrating.

You need to be more specific, are you asking about changing IP's from your home internet? You need to explain things better in order for us to help.

Brand is going to depend on the PROVIDER you go with.

A dongle is basically it's own Wireless Internet, usually you install software that comes with the dongle to your computer(s), insert the Dongle, Connect to the Internet.

If you have dynamic IP, you can just buy a $10 router for each ebay acct and switch between them and get a separate IP for each router, could you not?

Personally, the thought of having to swap Routers every time I want to switch IP's sounds like a massive amount of work, at least with a Dongle/Mifi it only takes seconds.

Lol, I don't do that. But still have quite a bit to learn about some of the new technology for IP address. VPN was solid for me for many years but with US Stealth limitations now the cost does not justify the cost in most cases anymore.
