I recently got accepted into graduate school and opted for graduate housing. I saw that the University owned apartments all have free internet (RESNET) throughout campus and its apartments.

Would I have any problems running stealth?

Start using MiFi boxes. Stay far from that internet for ste/alth.

Right.. that's not stealth friendly internet.. use a mobile wifi device instead.

Another thing I notice at my new place is that the ip address changes every day. is this still good for stealth?

Does it really matter because everything goes through one server?

The problem is if other people are also using the same internet they will have the same IP and they could have banned accounts that could end up getting linked to your account though the IP and could lead to your account being banned.

You need to be in control of the IP address and you need to control who has access to it.

Yes, it matters.

You are running a high risk of others using ebay AND not being nice ebay citizens.

Do not take the chance.

Pay attention to the suggestions given from people who know what they are talking about.
