Confusion on IP and Operating Location
 

Hi,

I have a Main eBay account, under my name with my Manchester UK address. Account is 4 years old and is business account along with PP and Bank account under the same eBay account name. I am a Powerseller too, and have no limits assigned on account too.

For 2 years i was in Manchester running this account. For last 2 years i have been in Pakistan and operating my account from there. My question is when you say in Stealth Book that IP should be near the registered address, how far is that true? Or it says in the book for the Stealth Accounts for various reasons.

Confusion is that i operate a UK based Business eBay account from Pakistan and 3 of my staff members loggin and work on the same account from three different laptops daily. What effect would my account have in this scenario? And i also use VPN (UK Location) sometimes on my laptop.

First off your flag needs to match your actual location. It makes it a lot easier to answer when we know a persons real location.

Since you are using (I assume) a laptop that already has a lot of established cookies, then IP is not such an issue.

I would be very careful using any VPN service.

My base is UK, its just for last 2 years i have been travelling back and forth alot to PK, as my manufacturing is there.
Company Office, Warehouse, Banking all is in UK.

Is this a real account?

Since it has an established history with cookies, it may not have casued issues.

Dont confuse stealth steps here.

I'm thinking of buying a couple of stealth accounts. I'm wondering if it's suspicious that i login in ebay with a new IP address everytime. Would it be a red flag if I operate the account in a different location (Ip address) with the registerd address(physical address)?
I've read the stealth guide and it says that the ip address should be around 60 miles from the registered address.
