| A Dongle is a self contained device that provides internet service to your computer. Here is what you have to know about Dongles/Mifi's:
1. Most run on 4G/LTE
2. Speeds will depend/vary on your location
3. MOST are easy to change IP (Turn Off/Turn On)(Unplug/Plug In)
4. Most require software
5. IP Pool will vary on Provider/Location
As far as your 0/0 issue.....this won't be fixed by a Dongle alone, there are other factors at play there.
