New IP address...now what?

So basically my power went out today and when I came back on I had a new IP address! I was so happy I jumped lol but anyways I figure if I just unplug my router every night I will get a new IP. So if I make 5 accounts for example, and just use each 1 on a particular day, will that work? Only 1 account per 1 ip address a day, will that work?

Perhaps, but eBay/Paypal get suspicious if your IP changes each time you login to a certain account.

Best way of getting new ip on multiple accounts?

Is dial up really the best way? I was thinking of getting VPN but ebay will think its suspicous right? What about AOL proxy, does that really work? I want to make like 5 accounts. Any help would be appreciated!
