New adress in Spain and first log in in Germany??

Hi,

I have a completely new address and account name in spain. I would like now to register with ebay and paypal. Do I need to log in for the first in spain be due to the cookies, etc., or it does not matter where I am?

Your IP location and your account location shall always match.

If you want to operate a spanish account you shall log from a spanish IP.

You have to use something like VPS or VPN.
You shall have an accessible address in spain too.

Your going to need Spanish IP if you want a Spanish PP and EB.

In Germany we have many dealer her adress is in UK or singapor, and the location article is Germany.
