i got one off ebay with 80 mb on it, prolly if you buy brand new u will need to purchase initial 1GB for 14$ or so

little about hotspot

data never expires, wifi hotspot has open connection and no option to put a security key on it

because karma marketing staff thought it might be cool idea to invite new customers this way, since you turn on your hotspot, every neighbor or endless student from starbacks can connect to your hotspot, open their browser and sign up for their own account (name, email(no need verification), password or facebook account) and get their first free 100MB, plus you as a hotspot owner getting your own 100MB as a bonus from other guy and it goes to your own account

so the thing is u can just change a MAC address on your pc, login as "new" guy, subscribe and get free 100MB on account plus 100MB on your initial account, thats it free 4G ! i spend 5 min to make 10 guys and i have 1GB on my initial account

the only downside im getting same focking ip for the last 1 hour, any update regarding static ip possibility ``appreciated

Your going to have problems getting a new IP, especially if this is some new service. If you can find a way to lower the speeds to 3G you might get more IP's.

This isn't new. It's been around for years. It started on the west coast. It's an identical copy to FreedomPop who came before them along with all the other companies piggybacking Clear and Sprint.

Running on Clear/WiMaxx, you are screwed.

Karma is supposed to transition to Sprint LTE when WiMaxx dies, but there is no guarantee what kind of IP pool that will provide.

I doubt the IP Pool will be large on 4G but who knows.
