You never want to use a shared connection because who knows how many other people have (or had) ebay accounts and used those IPs and were suspended on them.

Don't use a shared connection, never!

VPN or VPS might not be your main concern... what are you trying to do and where you are trying to operate?

Better not to use VPN but a "regular" connection from your area.

Use a fresh IP from one account to the other (if you have more than one) and you will be fine.

The way you operate your account will make it a "long existing PayPal account" :thumb:

then use a dongle within your own country or get a new IP from a different ISP

paypal limit with many different reasons . ip only one of them.

VPNs and VPS work good but you need to ensure your using the right company. Don't use the most popular ones and especially dont use shared ips. Need to do your research and find a good company.

That's like being at the bottom of the food chain. Any popular VPN / VPN is a no no.
