IP Address Keep Changing

I am setting up my first stealth. I believe I changed my mac ID hence new IP address. The problem is that each time I turn on my pc I get a new IP address. I don't know if any of these IP addresses where used on my then ebay account.

Is it safe to proceed?

Hi, yes its safe to proceed just from now on always note down all ips used for ebay in excel spreadsheet
