When is it safe to change ip?
 

If I'm logged in one IP address and have been using an ebay account, when do I change the MAC/IP if I want to go onto my second user/ebay account?

Do I change it before I switch the user account or do I switch it after? Do I switch it before logging into ebay on the second user account? Or just log out of ebay in the first user account and switch the IP?

I just want to make sure because I don't know if user accounts keep track of ip switches and then I log into ebay and they notice.

As long as you switch it before going to ebay on 2nd account your fine, but to be safe switch it before logging into 2nd user account so you dont forget

Yeah, i figured if i dont log in and click on anything and change ip I should be ok. I guess it's when you login and start clicking things that the computer will save preferences for cookies. thanks!
