New account with VMware and USB stick

Hello,

I want to start creating multiple Ebay accounts with VMware. I am going to create for each account one VMware and use a 3G USB stick.
Is this the right way? Is there any tutorials or videos I can see that guide me with this subject?
I want to this correctly and not get banned of my first day..
