Stealth account IP Question, please help!!!
 

iv pretty much gathered one of the best ways to change your ip adress for stealth account creation is through mobile internet tethering, where the ips change everytime you turn it off and back on. My question is every network, wether your using, orange, t mobile, virgin, verizon etc is that the ip pool are shared with all customers on the network. So if someone for example is using ips from verizon for their stealth accounts, and i am also doing the same, eventually we are both going to get the same ip and use it on our stealth accounts, wont that make them both linked? so to everyone who uses mobile tethering isnt there a big risk that theres probably thousands of stealth accounts who are using the same ip adresses as yours on their stealth accounts, and that your all going to get linked somehow?

also does using a private vpn or vps get you caught on ebay or is that a good idea? im sure this topic has been talked about in alot of detail, but the ip situation is bugging me, no point changing my ip if other people hav access to the same list of ips. all ideas would be helpfull thanks

How about reading thro' it and seeing if it helps.

This issue of IPs is a bit tricky, though.

We do suggest new IPs for new stealth accounts. It's always needed to make a new user account and cookied for that.

Should then be enough...

IP is but one part of the equation for stealth. There is a chance that other ppl will use your IP but eb/pp are likely aware of that

VPN that has a static IP and doesnt change is a good option, well atleast for me

Imo I think as close to real you can make an account as possible the better off you are. Think of your normal guy. 1 he does not have a clue of his ip, 2 he usually logs on probably from his tablet on comcast wired cable internet, 3 sometimes using a 3g or 4g wireless connection on his cell and once in awhile some strange login from like a hotel but using an isp provider that is common in the usa. I have used vps's forever easy to organize and keep everything separate but imo that is not the ideal setup. So the answer is does that ip matter that one out five hundred logins might be the same ip as some other guy selling phony baloney i say NO. But ideally is to look at the normal guy and try to be like that guy.
