Are there any good iOS VPN apps?

I was wondering if there are any VPN apps available for the ipad that you can make a list of all the different IP's I'm subscribed to, and just switch in and out of each quickly without having to go to settings and switching manually.

Any suggestions can help, thanks!

Most likely they are all heavenly used and no longer good but I don't know for sure, try and look for one that your able to get a dedicated IP address , any free VPN do not use, there may be one with an in app purchase that gives a dedicated IP if u find something like that it may be worth trying

If there's no such item, you might want to find someone to write it for you.
