When I buy a UK stealth ebay + Paypal but I log in by mobile tethering from GERMANY, how likely am I getting limited/flagged?

What's the best solution for this problem? VPS in UK?

Yeah, a different location is VERY bad. Use a VPN from 24vc.com.

I guess, it depends on the age/history of the account but you will be flagged for sure.
I would avoid to log in from an IP different from the country of origin.

You need to get a VPS/VPN to operate on your account. Lots of informations in the forum and members more expert than myself.

Btw, if you operate from Germany it is better to have the GE flag. This will help members to give you proper "directions" to help you.

Very likely.
You MUST match the country's IP - at the very least.
Its is preferable that you also match the general area of the account's address.
There are several threads and many opinions with regards to what a good IP solution is. I myself am not overly fond of VPNs. Others prefer it.
Bottom line - do your research.

Yeah at the very minimum, the country should match. If going the VPN route make sure to use a good reputable company with dedicated ip.

Where are you actually located? Germany or the UK?

If you are in Germany ensure you change your flag to that country to help with our replies.

It's VERY likely to get limited, you need to get a decent IP address.
