Ok........is there a way to be 30 minutes south of the US Border in Mexico and have a US IP address?

If you are importing the cookies, user accounts, then maybe not. ebay/paypal understand people move address.


You could even think of dial up to cover yourself.

VPN or VPS would be a good solution, but make sure you go with a reliable provider and get a dedicated ip thats not shared.

Mc accts are better than us accounts less rules no social requirement and they cant verify anything

PP can still hit up with docs request if ppl abuse the platform...

The issue here is I want to sell and its as if I was in San Diego, not Mexico.

Dial up is a very good option if you can get a clean line out of mx sure. GB much telephone experience in MX? Does dial up work the lines are pretty dated there and patchy at best ?

Dial-up can work, but you need to check if the speed in Mexico will fit your needs. Otherwise, VPS is always an option.

VPS is Virtual Private Server.

You select a company that offers a good service, and is not known by many people.

The essential aim is to have your own IP, and nothing shared with any other party.

Since you are on the border, so to speak, I would save that option ( at this point). Dont get me wrong, when you want to live in say Australia (;)) but look like you are in the USA, then that's an OK option. You will notice many sellers from Asia use VPS to appear to be in the USA.

When we point you in the right direction, you can find as effective options.

Now danshan has mentioned something important.

You want to ensure your means of access ( ie the phone line) is of good quality. I have to check a couple of companies that were OK. Not sure if they are still OK as of today.
We have several Mexican users here who operate fine & are perceived as being USA based. It's quite doable.

Doable is what I need to hear......but, if I were to get a VPS, do I need one for each different stealth account? or is there a way to change the IP of that each time I want to log in to different account?

And I haven't dealt with dial up in 15 years........does it give you a new ip each time?

And if I used dial up, would;t it still be a mexican ip?

Man, this stuff is so far over my little techie brain!

One vps each stealth acct and if you used dial up you using an mx line to call a US dial up network so you would have a usa ip

In theory yes in reality not every time even if you switch access numbers
