Do I have to change my mac code?
 

Sorry still new to this and don't want to mess up with such a simple thing.

My broadband router is a netgear... on logging in to the admin, I don't have an option to change the mac code.

But, when I look at the connection status... I can easily disconnect and every time I reconnect my BB provider gives me a new IP.

So, I don't think that I need to reboot the router and all that.

It seems too simples for me, so wanted to check I'm doing this ok.

What I mean is. I reckon my mac code is fixed - can they track me on this or is it safe :FF:

No you dont need to change your MAC address.

Resetting the router should give you a new IP address.

May be worth looking into getting yourself a dongle, it's a lot quicker.
