IP Change

Hi

Just changed my IP address and it has gone from:

xx.xxx.xx.3 to xx.xxx.xx.44

Is this suffice to logon to a stealth account. (obviously I know about the other changes and things I need to do bank account, phone number etc)

Service provider is Orange if that helps.
