IP not changing with NetZero

I have a problem. I recently signed up and got the NetZero Dialup internet. However, when I go to IP burger my IP address has changed, but it is staying the same everytime I log in. I though it was supposed to change.

everytime I disconnect from the internet and reconnect (dialing) it stays excatly the same. The IP has not changed once.

Try a different dialup number. You should have several to dial into.

thanks guys for the opinions. I wasn't deleting my cookies. Now I get a new IP everytime.
