Ip Address question
 

I believe all four people in my house have at one point signed up for ebay accounts. This was years ago though. We have at&t uverse and a gateway router which means we cant change ip.

But several times a repair man would come in, switch the router, and we would receive a new ip address. Since the last time this occured no new ebay account have been made but we have logged into two accounts on the new ip address hundreds of times to make purchases and look up items.

Can I still make a new account? (I would be using a different name, house address, bank account, etc)

You can make a new account......but if your going to use the same "Shared Internet" then it will be pointless. You need to get yourself a dedicated Internet service, such as MIFI, Dongle, VPN, VPS, DialUp.

If cant change ip another good option is getting a good VPN/VPS

If I can get them to swap the router again, and my ip changes, then i make a new account on my pc, and use all new never before used information for an ebay account I should be ok right? even though the ip is static?

Also paypal separated from ebay so can I just add an email to paypal and use that email for ebay to receive funds or do I still need a whole new account? :spy:
