Going from cellular hotspot to static IP

Hey everyone =) I've been using a hotspot data card or tethered from phone for good 1½ year now and keeping log only because I've used the same hotspot network with a few dead accounts before making the account Im using now..

Isn't it okay if I ditch the hotspot and start using my home cable internet provider, since I only control one eB/ppal?

If you are just using the 1 account then you only need the 1 IP so that would work (assuming that IP is not linked previously to any bad accounts)

Thanks jnorth. I said Static IP although it isn't and could change any time.. The addresses the cable providers automatically assign (not static) are recycled?

Okay I can search this one. Even if they are in sure the chances it was used by someone else are slim.. I'm not going to worry about it. If theirs anything I shall be aware of, lemme know. Thanks again, man!

After thinking about it some more I now realize alot of people do use home internet for stealth..my bad!

Yeah you should be fine if just one stealth

Make sure IP is dynamic.
