Question about IP

If I have dynamic IP and I change my IP and open a new account, how can I be sure that my new IP hasn't been used by my old account before? Isn't there a chance that this IP address overlaps with one I used with my old account? Obviously, I was not logging my IPs before opening a stealth account, so there is no way to know... Could someone clear this up for me?

Yes that is true but the chances are slim so dont worry about it, just make sure to log them from now on or go the VPN/VPS route if you dont want to have to log ips

Always possible but there is no way to know for sure so I wouldn't worry about it

Just make sure you track your IPs from now onwards!

You cannot rewind time so I suggest start logging them now.
