hello, can i tether my galexy s5? i want to create a new ip for a new ebay.

yes.

1.disable LTE.
2.Run on 4g
3. Use cable to your computer.
4. Enable hotspot

Switch IP ?
Enable airplane mode 30 seconds
Disable airplane mode
New IP : )

Lots of times you won't even need to wait 30 seconds. Be sure to check your IP before and after airplane mode to make sure it changed.
