will a private static IP Proxy work?

Right now I have one up and running stealth account and I am using 24vc for my vpn and it costs me $20/month. I am looking to make another stealth account but do not want to pay another $20/month, ive been reading forums and doing research and stumbled upon Buy VPN - BestProxyAndVPN.com this site is selling 4 private static IP's and I am wondering if this will work for my new account it is super affordable but I do not want to buy it and have my account banned. I already invested a lot of time and some money into this new account, can you guys please help me? is there another better website for VPN's? what do you suggest? thank you very much.

The 4 for $11.99 deal are (if I am reading it right) PROXIES, which is something a bit different from a VPN. Proxies do not work for stealth, unfortunately. And that is not such a bargain for proxies. Usually they can be had for $1 or $2 per month each.

You get what you pay for truly, avoid proxies at all cost. VPN or VPS are your best option, as for 24vc if you go with the annual plan its only $10/mo

Re: will a private static IP Proxy work?

Definitely they work, you must choose Elite Private Proxies though. NEVER post/share where you get your proxies from. They will get abused!

Elite Proxies (Level 1)

Elite or High Anonymity Proxies are considered to be the best because they provide the absolute highest level of anonymity. When using this type of proxy, the server you are connecting to has no idea that the connection was made through a proxy nor does it know your real IP address.

Ehh.. stay away from proxy IPs.. you risk your eBay/PayPal account with these sort of IPs. You want something static and if possible with limited usage.

I still say they need to be static AND dedicated. If someone else is using your IP address, you haven no idea what they are using it FOR - it could be used with eBay and PayPal.

I don't care how "elite" a proxy is, or if it is "socks 5" - a proxy only directs traffic from your BROWSER through the proxy. If flash cookies are enabled, they will most likely NOT be directed through the proxy, potentially exposing your REAL IP address. That is the main difference between a proxy and a VPN. VPN's are a much better choice.

Get Verizon 3G MIFI or USB Stick.. then no worries.. you can have fresh IPs in seconds!

Everybody does what works for them. I have 4 USB Internet sticks, 2 DSL lines, a cable line, 4 VPS's and 9 VPN's.

But some things, like Proxies, TOR and services like "Hide My Ass" are simply not good for stealth.

Well all I can say is I have been very successful at using Private Elite Proxies, years of stealthing as a testament that they work. For those people that say they don't work, all I can say is, you don't know WTF you are doing with them so move on to VPN it is easier.

And he is right. If you are technically minded, and have a lot of knowledge about how all of this works, then use whatever you feel is adequate for you. But the thing is, most people don't even know what a proxy or a VPN IS, much less understand the differences between the two. VPN's and VPS's are your safest options.

I'm not the most technical person on Earth, I had to learn enough to apply it to stealth. But newbies can get tripped up with proxies, especially if they have background programs running, or have FLASH installed. And there are a lot of other programs as well. That is the reason we tell people to avoid proxies.

Agreed. It makes it all the much easier for those who understand them to use them successfully, given that very few apparently do. To avoid "proxy confusion", I don't switch proxies - I switch users, which automatically switches proxies for me. No possibility for confusion since no manual change of the proxies is required.

As far as flash, uhhh, block it like 66% of the mainstream browsers do anyway. Simple. (Or in my case, just never install it in the first place, lol.)

(I actually wonder if flash on my proxy would expose my IP since I've never been able to communicate on my "home IP" with the software I have.)

I don't think so but still risky to play around with a proxy IP

There was one concern I had about my proxy, and that was the host. I'm not confident that it'd pass manual review. But, I just took a look at the host on my VPN, and it doesn't seem any better. VPN host = "Total Server Solutions L.L.C.", dead giveaway. Unless someone knows of a VPN that has a traditional ISP host, VPNs are no better than properly used proxies.
