Changing IP solution

Ok so i'm currently using 24vc's service for 2 accounts. This service works great easy to use etc. I want to create a few more accounts, but the $20 a month just isn't going to work for anymore accounts for me.

I have a 4G LTE phone that allows me to tether for switching IP's but I live so far out in the woods there is NO service on any cell phones i've had.

I'm assuming that a Mifi device would run the same problem?

What's my next option here...should I just get a laptop and do my eBay listing in town?

Well I guess the only problem with that is printing labels...just thought about that.

Print your labels as pdf and when you get to near a printer, print them. Simple
