to change your ip

Use of proxies not a good idea at all.
Worse idea to post without reading any threads here.

Even worse to not have your location . Go to User CP and put location AND country flag under your profile. That way you can get answers about the ebay of your country. I'll excuse this,just the once.:rolleyes:

Proxy services will NOT work with eBay....
