24vc vpn account

If i cancel one of my 24vc vpn accounts and sign up like in 6-8 months with new ip address is it a risk for same ebay account? They told me to keep it.

It's always best if you can keep the same static ip on the account, if you login from a completely different ip in 6-8 months you might have to go through some verification steps cause they may think the account is being hacked etc but other than that its not the end of the world if you have to do it but if you can best to keep it if possible
