I don't get it

I have aol and I'm useing ip searches. My ip is different on each. Plus if I dial 75 miles away or a different state near by or just other area codes, the same two ip's come up. Why me?

I know it sounds stupid but first I used ip burger then I used whatsmyipadress and I get two different ip numbers. Useing straight aol with the cable modem unpluged.
