If you are using a VPN you can use any internet connection. Once you are connected to the VPN you will have the same IP address regardless of how you are accessing the internet.

That pretty much summed it up. with a Static IP VPN like 24vc, every time you log in with their software...you automatically get the same IP, no matter where your connect to it.

Make sure, Your internet connection is fast, You must avoid problems if your connection is slow, Even if you use VPN.
Your never know if your connection fails and VPN may go down
