Is the IP address still a BIG issue for ebay stealth?
 

First of all I apologize, this has probably meen discussed before, but I haven't been able to find such info with the search tool.

I wonder with all these Wi-fi networks and all these smartphones, that now everyone has, is still the IP address vital for a stealth account or is the cookies the number one rule?

I guess almost half of the ebay users are now browsing the site with their phones and using mobile internet or Wi-fi networks... so for sure many of them share IPs.... So I wonder aren't ebay gone soft for that rule when limiting accounts?

The reason I ask is because I can not use anymore static IPs in my home and I want to create some more new stealth accounts. I want to use a flash-drive internet connection device, which changes its IP address every time, but essentially it can not give more than 100 different IPs, so it is possible, that at some point I will use the same IP for 2 (or maybe 3) stealth accounts.

Log your IPs and dont cross them.

Find another provider for a new pool of IPs

Ips arent a big deal like they use to be. its a combination of things. I logged into a banned account and a new account and didnt get banned before. I did it by accident. But regardless keep your ips seperate

Yes, I guess the cookies are the most important factor for ebay.

Clearly its a combination of everything: Its like a fingerprint.

If you have a fingerprint, it consist of many, many, many different lines and some of the lines might match other people, but to get them all matching with somebody else is impossible.

When it comes to eBay, try to think yourself as a fingerprint- You want to be as different and unique as possible, you want to be that little 6 year old toddler princess who thinks she is the most unique thing in the universe. Thats the main goal.

Everything that you do, everything that they can record you doing becomes just another line in the fingerprint- The more diverse, and layered your lines in the print are, the better it is.
